Greg Polt Greg Polt, to whom Joy has been married since 1966, also works as part of the team. With previous experience as a civil engineer, Greg is in charge of market analysis and handles computer applications and software development. This frees up both Joy and Laura to work with the clients. Also a licensed Realtor, Greg helps keep things moving from behind the scenes, making sure that everything is well taken care of.
